Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "02jl16" / "the Platform" / "the Company" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 02jl16.cam, including all associated games, services, promotional programs, and support functions.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 02jl16 platform and uses any service provided therein.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a Player to access the 02jl16 platform.
• "Funds" refers to real-money Philippine Peso (PHP) balances held in a Player's 02jl16 account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bet credits, or any non-cash incentive granted to a Player as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total bet volume a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.

• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body regulating 02jl16's operations.

To register and maintain an account on 02jl16, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including those maintained by PAGCOR or any other competent gambling authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an 02jl16 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 02jl16 or any affiliated company.

02jl16 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent these eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offense under Philippine law. Any funds held in an ineligible account are subject to forfeiture.

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may register only one (1) account on 02jl16. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before withdrawals may be processed and in certain other circumstances, 02jl16 requires Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).
• A recent proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months).
• Source of funds documentation in certain circumstances, as required by PAGCOR's anti-money laundering compliance framework.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 02jl16 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or SMS. You must notify 02jl16 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 02jl16 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

02jl16 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online, BPI Online, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods may be updated periodically. The current list is always displayed in your account deposit section.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 02jl16 account in real time or within a short processing period, depending on the payment channel used.
• 02jl16 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 02jl16 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds to the originating account if the deposit does not meet platform requirements or raises compliance concerns.

All deposits are subject to 02jl16's anti-money laundering compliance program, as required by PAGCOR and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). 02jl16 may request documentation to verify the source of funds for large or unusual deposits.

02jl16 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability. Where this is not possible, 02jl16 will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed.
• 02jl16 targets processing all standard withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and internal review requirements.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed the fastest, with most transactions completing within 15–30 minutes during regular operating hours.
• 02jl16 reserves the right to perform additional due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawal requests made while a Player has outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be subject to the applicable bonus terms before processing.

02jl16 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, reverse engineering wagering patterns, or coordinated exploitation with other Players — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• 02jl16 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to PAGCOR guidelines.
• Cashback bonuses and free bet credits granted as part of a promotion are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.

All games available on 02jl16 are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game providers. In the event of any conflict between the general terms herein and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

• All slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for randomness and fairness.
• Live dealer games are broadcast from professional studios and conducted by trained dealers under real-time monitoring. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not influenced by any software parameter.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 02jl16's standard malfunction policy applies. Bets placed during a verifiable malfunction may be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 02jl16 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in games or platform software. Any winnings obtained through a known exploit are subject to forfeiture.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotional program.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any activity that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act or related regulations.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or using an account registered to another individual.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits after using those funds for gameplay.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 02jl16's customer support staff or other platform users.

02jl16 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means of resolving personal or financial difficulties.

9.1 Player Tools

02jl16 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pop-up reminders that alert you after a set period of uninterrupted play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 02jl16 platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and you will not receive marketing communications.

9.2 Underage Gambling

All intellectual property rights in and to the 02jl16 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, trademarks, brand names, game content, text, and data — are owned by or licensed to 02jl16 and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from 02jl16.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 02jl16's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the six (6) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

02jl16 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by circumstances beyond 02jl16's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or acts of nature.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any incompatibility between the 02jl16 platform and a Player's hardware, software, or internet connection.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 02jl16's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

02jl16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• A Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Material changes to the Player's eligibility status (e.g., the Player is identified as being under 21 years of age).

Upon account termination for breach, 02jl16 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any Funds or Bonus Funds in the account. Where an account is closed at a Player's own request or due to ineligibility without breach, any remaining verified Funds will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after applicable checks are complete.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to attempt resolution through 02jl16's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. 02jl16 targets acknowledgment of all formal complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days.

Players who remain unsatisfied after exhausting 02jl16's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint handling mechanism.

02jl16 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 02jl16 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always accessible on this page.
